How do you learn about a new Job?
How do you learn about a new Role? Research is telling us it is no longer through traditional methods - the newspapers and job boards are not working for you? So what is? Are group Boards on mediums like Facebook and Ning the way of the future? Are you being influenced on these groups about what your peers say?

Do you Google yourself?
Have you ever Googled yourself? Do you know what profiles you have in the Cyberworld? How are people going to perceive you if they do a search? The challenge - is how you have fun with your social and networking sites and manage the content so that it reflects your professional life or at least doesn't give people the wrong perception about you. How do you do it?
Why is Internal Communications not sexy?
Attention all Internal Communication people:
In all of the different areas of specialisation in Public Relations, Internal Communication is still deemed the "boring" job. Why is that perception? When there are so many strong, strategic internal change roles around? Does the industry itself still think that Internal Communication is writing newsletters and Emails from the CEO?

Where do you look for a job in PR and Marketing?
PR and Marketing people.........
It is becoming clearer to me that advertising on the Internet using traditional mediums such as Seek, Monster, My Career and most other job Boards are not providing the talent that it was several years ago. Medium's such as LinkedIn and Facebook seem to be tapping into a new wave of PR and Marketing people who are passively looking for work opportunities. How are you looking for work or staff in this day and age?
