How do you learn about a new Job?
How do you learn about a new Role? Research is telling us it is no longer through traditional methods - the newspapers and job boards are not working for you? So what is? Are group Boards on mediums like Facebook and Ning the way of the future? Are you being influenced on these groups about what your peers say?

I search via traditional means ie. Newspapers, industry journals & magazines, but i also use mass-use and niche job board sites also, most such sites have the ability to port an RSS feed of your favourite search criteria, i've done this and now i can check 10+ job sites via google reader (an rss feed manager).
